This page may load slowly due to the multiple syndication examples it contains. The more examples present, the more data and resources the page must process, resulting in slower load times. In a typical setup with fewer syndication examples or less content, you should not encounter slow load issues.

Note: School of Medicine websites tend to have sparse event listings, often without Featured Images. Therefore, the examples below may not fully demonstrate the potential of this syndication. Nevertheless, the process remains efficient for disseminating events across School of Medicine websites.

Example One

Below is an example of a Multi-Column event syndication pulling events from the Pharmacology website. It’s a 3-column layout that displays future (upcoming) events and has the Read More link. This example displays a 1×1 Featured Image. It includes the Day and Time, 4 Title Lines, 8 Excerpt Lines and 2 Category Lines.

Example Two

Below is an example of a Multi-Column event syndication pulling events from the Medicine website. It uses the Medium Blue color option and displays 6 Past events in a 2-column layout. The search is enabled which is why the pagination displays below the events. This example displays stylized date in lieu of the Featured Image. It includes the Day and Time, and All Title Lines.

Example Three

This example pulls events from the website. It displays 6 events in a 3-column layout with the Day and Time, All Title Lines, and 6 Excerpt Lines. The Search and Image options are turned off.

Example Four

This is another example that pulls events from the website. It uses the Dark Blue color option and displays 8 events in a 4-column layout. Note that the content on a 4-column layout gets too squished on pages with left-hand navigation. To ensure the content remains easy to read at all screen sizes, the 4-column layout works on pages without left-hand navigation or when the cell is placed in the Featured Content area. On pages with left-hand navigation, the Cell will display as a 3-column layout on large screen sizes.

Example Five

This is an example of the Light Blue color option.

Example Six

This is an example of the Light Gray color option.
