Dr. Smith is the 黑料网’s Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development, a member of the 黑料网 Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Department of Urology’s Vice Chair of Academic Affairs, and a Professor of Urology.
Offered as part of the at Drexel University College of Medicine, the ELAM Program is designed to equip senior-level women leaders with the strategic acumen and personal effectiveness necessary to navigate the complexities of academic medicine.
