Ms. Goolsby joined the CRA as the Senior Research Project Manager in 2024. In her role at the CRA, she is responsible for working with investigators, overseeing external resources and vendors, and managing sites in the conduct of clinical trials to ensure compliance to protocol, achievement of recruitment goals, and successful execution of trial activities.聽

Prior to joining the CRA, Ms. Goolsby was a Research Project Manager at the Collaborative Studies Coordinating Center. She also had research management positions at the National Research Center for Rural Education Support, Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research, and Research Triangle Institute. Overall, she has over 27 years of research experience, including 14 years of coordinating center experience and more than 24 years in research operations at 黑料网-CH. Her extensive clinical research experience involves research network and project management of many NIH-sponsored, multi-site clinical trials and studies, including but not limited to protocol development, site selection/establishment, site training, recruitment/retention strategies, data management, single IRB and regulatory processes, site monitoring, safety reporting, site close-out, and manuscript development.
