Mr. Hyland is a Technology Specialist at the CRA, a role he has held since January 2024. He is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining the CRA鈥檚 website, and document management and project management technical processes, including reports and dashboards that support the CRA鈥檚 mission. He also develops user guides and trains staff in the applications used in those processes as well as providing general IT support to the CRA.

With over three years of experience in software development, Mr. Hyland most recently worked at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, where he designed, developed, tested, and maintained applications to modernize the generation of Adobe forms used by the Child Support Enforcement Division. His previous roles have developed his expertise in translating business requirements into technical solutions. He also has experience as a teacher, which his passion for teaching lends itself to educating our CRA staff and research partners on platforms used for our clinical trial research.
