Community based physicians and their staff who would like to utilize
our electronic referral portal or gain secure, read-only access to 黑料网鈥檚
electronic medical records system may request a 黑料网 CareLink account
at .
Please send electronically through 黑料网 a new patient referral with the pertinent notes for your patient. You can also send the referral through the EPIC Workqueue to # 65936 for 黑料网H Gen and Acute Care Surgery Chapel Hill. Once the referral is triaged by our nurse we will then contact the patient directly to schedule the appointment.
