Non-Surgical Weight Loss Procedures
Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG):

ESG is an endoscopic procedure using a small suturing device and camera that is passed down the patient’s esophagus into the stomach to reduce the size of the stomach so patients feel full faster, digest more slowly, and lose weight.

  • The procedure involves no incisions or scars.
  • Most patients can go home the same day and return to work in 2-3 days

Transoral Outlet Reduction (TORe)

Patients having previous Roux-en-Y gastric bypass bariatric surgery may experience dilation of the gastrojejunostomy outlet and the gastric pouch, followed by weight gain. Studies have shown that after ten years, patients who underwent gastric bypass regain an average of 20-30% of the weight they lost. TORe is a procedure performed endoscopically by a gastroenterologist or surgeon that uses a small suturing device and camera to revise a prior gastric bypass from the inside to help the patient lose weight again.

  • The procedure involves no incisions or scars.
  • Most patients can go home the same day and return to work in 2-3 days.
  • Patients lose an average of 8-11% total body weight after TORe, accordingly to the clinical literature.
