Having difficulty navigating Microsoft Teams? Here are some essential keyboard shortcuts for both Mac and Windows devices that can help you streamline your workflow.

Windows Devices

  1. Show keyboard shortcuts:ÌýCtrl + . ÌýWeb app:ÌýCtrl + .
    • Quickly view all available keyboard shortcuts within Teams.
  2. Go to Search:ÌýCtrl + E ÌýWeb app:ÌýCtrl + Alt + E
    • Jump to the search bar to find messages, files, or people.
  3. Start a new chat:ÌýCtrl + N ÌýWeb app:ÌýLeft Alt + N
    • Open a new chat window to start a conversation with a colleague.
  4. Send a message:ÌýCtrl + Enter ÌýWeb app:ÌýCtrl + Enter
    • Send your message without having to click the send button.
