About

Ashley is a Clinical Instructor with the Taking Care of Our Own program, where she offers mental health and well-being support for ºÚÁÏÍø medical students and professionals. Throughout her career, she has worked in various research, community, school, and clinical settings, providing care and guidance to individuals and families from a wide range of backgrounds. Her clinical experience includes working with military service members and their families, college students, as well as individuals and caregivers navigating such diagnoses as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety, depression, acute trauma, mood disorders, and OCD. Ashley has specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Holistic Nutrition and Health Coaching, and Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS). Ashley’s clinical and research interests center on strategic wellness interventions aimed at optimizing academic and professional performance, maintaining work-life balance, and practical strategies for managing symptoms in both school and workplace settings.
