Danielle has more than twenty years of experience in community mental health in both NY and NC. She has worked with several different populations including听individuals diagnosed with a听severe and persistent mental illness,听co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries,听补苍诲听individuals with justice system involvement.听She has experience working on ACT and CST teams.听Over the course of听蹿辞耻谤听测别补谤蝉听as an IPS听team lead, she led the听滨笔厂听team from fair fidelity to good fidelity, which resulted in the听second听丑颈驳丑别蝉迟听rating in the state in 2019. She mentored other agency IPS team leads on IPS best practices and developed a training manual for new employment specialists. Danielle听耻迟颈濒颈锄别蝉听her own personal mental health journey with others as a way of empowering听others to听achieve听their goals and dreams and听honor the value of听别尘辫濒辞测尘别苍迟听as a听pathway to听their recovery.
