Publication Acknowledgement

All work provided by the MAP Core facility included in a publication should acknowledge the core facility’s contribution either in the acknowledgements section or as an author. Proper acknowledgment of the core facility enables us to obtain financial and other support so that we may continue to provide essential services in the best ways possible. Please follow .

Data management

The MAP Core stores raw and processed data on a local Network Shared Drive provided by the University that is HIPPA secure. At the time of publication, proteomics data needs to be uploaded to a public repository, such as the ProteomeXchange consortium via PRIDE. Upon notification of intent to publish, the MAP Core will share the raw data with the client, and/or upload data to the repository on behalf of the client.
