Mauro Calabrese, PhD
Associate Professor
Department of Pharmacology

Seminar title: “Mechanisms of gene silencing by long noncoding RNAs”

Host: Henrik Dohlman
“The Calabrese lab studies how long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) regulate gene expression. We are particularly interested in understanding the relationships between sequence, structure, and function in lncRNAs, as well as the mechanisms that lncRNAs employ to control molecular events inside of the nucleus.”
