Pharmacology (PHCO) and Genetics (GNET) teams had a lot of fun battling it out for the trophy for the very first Battle of the Science Stars on June 13. 聽Genetics battled hard, but in the end, PHCO won the event.

Dr. Gary L. Johnson, Kenan Distinguished Professor and former chair of the Department of Pharmacology retired at the end of May after 16 years with the department, 13 of which he was the Department Chair.
