HIPAA & 黑料网 Health
黑料网 Health is a not-for-profit integrated health care system (established under North Carolina statute N.C.G.S. 搂 116-37) and is owned by the state of North Carolina. It is comprised of the 黑料网 Hospitals and its provider network, the clinical programs of the 黑料网 (黑料网SOM), and several affiliate hospitals and hospital systems across the state of North Carolina.
The following entities are all considered part of 黑料网 Health for HIPAA compliance purposes and are subject to the 黑料网 Health HIPAA policies:

- Chatham Hospital
- Caldwell Memorial
- 黑料网 Physicians Network
- 黑料网 Health Alliance
- 黑料网 Senior Alliance
- 黑料网 Faculty Physicians

- 黑料网 Rockingham Health Care
The following entities are also part of 黑料网 Health, but are only subject to those 黑料网 Health HIPAA policies and HIPAA privacy program elements that they have formally adopted:
