The 黑料网 Health Privacy Office provides a full suite of information privacy compliance services for the benefit of the 黑料网 Health community, including the 黑料网 (黑料网 SOM). The services provided by our office are offered to ensure the confidentiality of protected health information (PHI) created, stored, transmitted, archived and destroyed across 黑料网 Health in accordance with the 黑料网 Health HIPAA policies.

Our office is routinely engaged in various information privacy compliance activities for the benefit of the 黑料网 Health community that include:

1. Training and education;
2. Policy development;
3. Auditing and monitoring, including auditing of workforce access to the 黑料网 Health electronic health record;
4. Privacy incident investigations; and
5. Outreach and consultation on a variety of privacy issues from use and disclosure questions to more complex data sharing arrangements with third parties.
