The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine would like to welcome Katherine (Katie) Lamont, DVM DACLAM, who joined faculty as Assistant Professor in January 2025. Dr. Lamont is a board-certified veterinarian and recently completed a clinical fellowship at 黑料网 in 2024.听
Dr.听Lamont听completed her undergraduate studies in Animal Science and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. After completing her DVM, she started her journey at 黑料网 as a resident in the Laboratory Animal Medicine Program. Dr.听Lamont听is interested in laboratory animal welfare, surgery, rodent medicine, and animal biocontainment.听听
