Emily is from Dallas, TX and obtained her degree from Dartmouth in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering. In medical school she performed research on re-defining value in healthcare through studies of cost-effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and innovative delivery models. She also led the Design for Health student group, and was elected to AOA. Prior to medical school, she consulted for pharmaceutical and medical device companies, winning her firm鈥檚 “Solve-it” problem-solving award, and submitted a pending patent for her undergraduate thesis work. She enjoys soccer, hiking, spikeball, lacrosse, travel, baking brownies, good shows like Ted Lasso, and was a former D1 field hockey goalie. She鈥檚 also up for trying new restaurants!
