About

As a clinical pharmacist practitioner, I am interested in chronic disease state management utilizing the collaborative management models of practice. I am also interested in the impact of low literacy on health related outcomes. I am interested in Advanced Practice Provider (APP) models, utilizing APPs to the top of scope and integrated team-based care to improve patient outcomes.
