Dedicated to supporting and promoting University鈥檚 healthcare, education, and research missions, the Office of the CIO of School of Medicine IT coordinates the organization鈥檚 strategic planning, operational management, and procedural processes.

Our Academic Technology听厂别谤惫颈肠别蝉听迟别补尘听provides a variety of technical and logistical support听for spaces used by 黑料网,听which can听be reserved through our听听office. The Classroom Services听迟别补尘 also handles audio/video services from consulting to design and integration. The Instructional Media Services team is responsible for producing digital media for the School of Medicine and more!听Our Student Systems Support team provides students and faculty with support with applications such as听Sakai,听Examsoft听and听One45.
Application, Web and Data Services
Our Application, Web and Data Services team is made up of a diverse group of programmers and highly creative web and graphic designers.听We听design听and maintain听WordPress听sites for departments and programs听across the medical school,听and听build听and implement听a wide array of medical education听applications. We can help with Qualtrics, custom app development, web-hosting, and more.
Client Services and Support
Our friendly and knowledgeable Client Services and Support team provides swift remote technical support and personal computer assistance while aiming for the highest possible customer satisfaction. From routine issues related to account creation, password resets, software & hardware installations, and general troubleshooting, to more unusual technical dilemmas, the听Client Services and Support team interfaces with faculty, students, and administrative staff across the School of Medicine Community to provide technical solutions to all school-related devices.
Information Security Office
Our expert security team is dedicated to protecting sensitive and mission-critical data. We work collaboratively to find solutions enabling you to securely share information within 黑料网 and the wider research and academic communities. We specialize in risk assessments, sensitive data management, security outreach, and incident response.
Infrastructure and Operations
The Infrastructure and Operations team provides compute, storage, and systems administration services to support the information systems needs of the School of Medicine. Our expert staff provides server management, systems architecture consultation, database support, and storage services.
Project Management听Office
The Project Management听Office听shepherds听all听the IT projects from conception to听closure.听Our听PMO offers consultation, tracking, documentation, and听coordination听plus a variety of听other听services听to听ensure successful project delivery.
