Created and instructed by Julie Seger, the GME Leadership Academy was designed to foster leadership engagement, collaboration, and professional growth among residency and fellowship coordinators. Through interactive sessions, mentorship, and real-world application, graduates have deepened their ability to lead with confidence, adaptability, and purpose.
