The Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD) would like to announce that our Leader As Coach聽Fall 2024 cohort has successfully completed the program! In this 7-week program, 20 faculty and staff developed their coaching skills as leaders in the School of Medicine. Since Fall 2022, 107 folks have completed the Leader as Coach program.
The next Leader as Coach cohort starts in April (Thursdays 8-10am on 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, 5/29, 6/5), and applications are open now, available here:聽. Please email聽Virginia_nadworny@med.unc.edu聽with any questions!
