AAV Custom Vector Production (serotypes 1-6, 2.5, 8, 9, rAAV2Retro)

Our new AAV vector production method utilizes a triple transfection protocol in suspension HEK293 cells and is purified by column chromotography. This system is serum free, antibiotic free, generates less empty particles, has higher purity and is scalable to Wave bioreactors. We offer custom vector production and aliquots of in-stock vectors.

Custom AAV Vector Production

For standard size custom vector preps, please send at least 300ug of plasmid (DNA amplification services are available for an additional fee as listed below). Approximate turnaround time is 4-5 weeks. We guarantee a total titer of 1x10E11, although average yield is usually ~1-4x10E12 vg/ml in 1-1.3ml. Yield is dependent on customer construct. We offer large scale AAV preps in 1L culture (2x standard size prep), 2L, 5L, 10L and 20L sizes. 2L culture preps and larger are produced in Wave bags.
