Staffed by 黑料网 Family Medicine doctors and nurses, Wellness@Work provides a high quality option for employers who are focused on keeping their employees healthy. <a href=\"http:\/\/chapelhillwellnessatwork.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Read more here!<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>黑料网 Weight Management Program<\/h2>\n<p>The 黑料网 Weight Management Program offers a year-long program to help people with greater risk for weight-related health problems lose weight, lead healthier lives, and maximize their well-being. If you are interested in the program, ask your primary care provider for a referral or call (984) 974-4971.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\" \">On the list of services <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/fammed\/weightmanagement\/\">Click here for more information.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>黑料网 Tobacco Treatment Program (TTP)<\/h2>\n<p>For 11 years, the 黑料网 Tobacco Use Treatment (TTP) program has provided leadership for implementing comprehensive tobacco use treatment services, education and training, and dissemination of resources for promoting tobacco free communities. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.med.unc.edu\/fammed\/tobacco-treatment-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Select here<\/a> to learn more.<\/p>\n<h2>Migrant Farmworker Program<\/h2>\n<p class=\" \">The North Carolina Farmworker Health Program trains and supports community outreach workers at 10 sites around the state. These bilingual community health workers visit the farmworker camps, do health assessments, and help farmworkers who need health care to access it. The 黑料网 Family Practice residency program has a 2 week required rotation for second year residents called \u201cHidden and Vulnerable Populations\u201d.
