There will be a multitude of happenings, below are some events specifically cultivated for our SOM Faculty, employees, staff as well as trainees that we hope you will plan to attend.<\/p>\n
Register Now<\/a>\n Target Audience: All SOM faculty, staff, and trainees May 7th – 12-1pm, Activity and Learning Center, Ground Floor, Roper Hall OR Zoom Well-Being Panel Discussion – Dr. Nadia Charguia, who oversees the Well-Being program for our healthcare system as well as FALD will moderate a conversation between the following invited guests:<\/p>\n Bree Andrews, MD, MPH Laxmi Mehta, MD, FACC, FAHH, FNLA<\/strong> Jamile Ashworth, PhD, ABPP<\/strong> Lunch will be provided on a first come\u00a0first serve basis<\/p>\n May 7th – 1:30-5 pm, Activity and Learning Center, Ground Floor, Roper Hall OR Zoom Well-Being Leadership Development Workshops\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n A series of workshops will be offered to cultivate one’s understanding of the well-being landscape and how to be an impactful leader in this space.<\/p>\n Topics will include making the case for well-being efforts, leading local change, building trust with senior leaders and others.<\/p>\n May 7th – 5-7 pm: Roper Hall Lobby (no registration required)<\/strong><\/p>\n Wine and Cheese Mixer \u2013 an evening to support community and connection amongst us<\/p>\n May 8th – 12-1, Activity and Learning Center, Ground Floor, Roper Hall OR Zoom Well-Being Grand Rounds – <\/strong> Laxmi Mehta, MD, FACC, FAHH, FNLA, Chief Wellness Officer, The Ohio State University, School of Medicine<\/p>\n Lunch will be provided on a first come\u00a0first serve basis<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" There will be a multitude of happenings, below are some events specifically cultivated for our SOM Faculty, employees, staff as well as trainees that we hope you will plan to attend. \nThree Chief Well-being Officers visiting from various esteemed healthcare and academic institutions will engage in a meaningful dialogue as we discuss the concept of impacting meaningful system changes to move the needle and improve the culture of well-being while promoting a professionally fulling work environment.<\/p>\n
