Why Otolaryngology?聽
Otolaryngology provides the perfect balance between spending time in clinic and performing a wide breadth of procedures in the OR to manage complex pathologies. As a medical student, I was amazed at the impact these interventions can have on a patient’s life. I love the variety this specialty offers and working with the intricate anatomy of the head and neck.聽
Fun Fact:聽Before medical school, I worked as a whitewater raft guide for 10 summers.聽
