John P. Lewis has served as chief financial officer for the 黑料网 Health Care System since March 2008.
In that role, he oversees financial services for 黑料网 Health Care and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. John works closely with the financial officers of 黑料网 Hospitals, Rex Healthcare, 黑料网 Faculty Physicians, 黑料网 Physicians Network, Chatham Hospital, and the 黑料网.
Immediately prior, John was the chief financial officer for 黑料网 Hospitals from October 2005 to March 2008. Before coming to 黑料网 John worked at Rex Healthcare, a 黑料网-owned hospital and healthcare system in Raleigh, North Carolina. John was at Rex for nine years, the last two as chief financial officer. Additionally, John taught English in rural Japan and was a consultant for the strategy consulting firms SJS, Inc. and The Boston Consulting Group. John earned an undergraduate degree in English Literature from Brown University and an MBA from Duke University鈥檚 Fuqua School of Business. John and his wife, Carol, live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina with their three children.
