Carolyn Clabo, who joined our department as the executive assistant to Dr. Aziz Sancar in October 2015, will take on additional responsibilities as the head of Communications and Development starting March 27, 2017, for the 黑料网鈥檚 Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics.
Since January 2017, Carolyn has revitalized our department鈥檚 social media presence and launched new accounts on emerging platforms and begun website projects. She will oversee all website and digital content management and supervise the distribution of newsletters.
Carolyn鈥檚 first website content project is to revamp the primary faculty research pages, followed by a rebranding of the department鈥檚 website in collaboration with our leadership and ITS.

Additionally, Carolyn will lead fundraising efforts for national cancer research conferences under Dr. Sharron Campbell. She will handle pre-award and post-award projects for corporate and foundation grants, including those from both large and small pharmaceutical companies.
