Welcome Dr. Tigist Tamir.

We will welcome our newest faculty member, Dr. Tigist Tamir. She has joined our department as a Tenure Track Assistant Professor, focusing on cell signaling, metabolism, and oxidative stress response in obesity and cancer. She will be giving a short talk on her research, providing an excellent opportunity for us to learn more about her work. Rotation students who might be interested are also welcome to join! 聽Following the talk, the remainder of the meeting will be dedicated to welcoming and socializing with Dr. Tamir.
