In her current role\, she works collaboratively with Anesthesiology Education Leadership to develop and implement educational initiatives for anesthesiology staff to enhance their professional development as well as trainees to support their scholarly output. Ms. Moore previously spent 22 years in the Cleveland Clinic Education Institute serving as a Staff Editor for the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine and managing scholary activity skills training for GME trainees enterprise-wide. She holds a master’s degree in health professions education from a joint program between the Cleveland Clinic and Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio University. She is currently working on a doctoral degree in Education via Penn State World Campus with a focus on women in academic leadership. Her professional interests include health professions education and scholarly activities.\n\n\n\nBeka Layton\, Ph. D.\,is the Director of Professional Development Programs. In this role\, she is responsible for career awareness and career development programming for biomedical PhD students.
