Our funders, the Health Services and Resources Administration have developed 3 free courses on dementia. Sixteen modules address interprofessional care, four modules help providers engage caregivers as allies and seven modules address caregiver’s concerns. .
The Center for Aging and Health has independently received a grant from the Duke Endowment to train 100% of the staff in five NC Hospitals to better meet the needs of dementia patients and their families. Learn more about the Dementia Friendly Hospital Initiative.
